TPC Training does not accept registrations or payment for our Open Seminar classes from private individuals in the states of Arkansas, Georgia, Massachusetts, or New Hampshire. If you reside in one of these states, you must register for our training courses through your employer.

All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal and students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules, and regulations, per Hedc 304.01.

Student Complaints

Upon completing the grievance process of TPC Training, a student who is unsatisfied with the resolution of said grievance may contact: Department of Education, Office of Career School Licensing, 101 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301.

Requirements for Course Completion

Successful completion of a TPC Training seminar is based solely on attendance. If a registered student attends all hours of training, they will receive a certificate of completion. 100% attendance constitutes successful completion of the course.

Transfer of Credit

TPC Training does not accept transfer credit, nor allows credit for prior experience. We do not have any procedures or policies in place to address "limited transferability".
